Plans are well underway for events and hospitality around the 2026 Boat Races.

Tideway Week Outings
You are warmly invited to observe a training session from the Bosporos launch during Tideway Week.
Book your ticket here - please note we ask for a minimum donation of £30 to help cover the costs of the launch.

​The current planned outings are as follows for Tuesday 31st March - Saturday 4th April:
Tuesday: Women 08:25 & 11:18; Men 16:00
Thursday: Women Practice Starts 11:58 ; Men Practice Starts 13:40
Friday: Women 08:55

Thames Rowing Club offers an exceptional vantage point. Guests will enjoy a front row view of the athletes launching just below you.

Official Boat Race Fan Parks
The official Boat Race Fan Parks offer food, drinks, music and large screens to watch the Races at various locations:
– Fulham Football Club Riverside Stand (covered area available in case of inclement weather) offers food and drink, vendors and sponsorship activations
– Bishops Park, Fulham offers a large screen (but no food and drink vendors)
– Furnivall Gardens, Hammersmith offers a large screen, food and drink

**SOLD OUT** The Clubhouse at The Finish (Hosted by The Boat Race Company)
Positioned just beyond the finish line, the Clubhouse offers a rare perspective. Hospitality guests enjoy a unique vantage point to witness the immediate aftermath of the race, as the crews come ashore amidst a wave of celebration and emotion. Guests will also have a clear view of the official presentation ceremonies, making it one of the most exclusive viewing spots of the day.

Oxford 2026 Boat Race Dinner LAST FEW TICKETS!

The Oxford 2026 Boat Race Dinner will be held after The Boat Race on Saturday 4 April. Beginning at 6:30pm, it will take place at the Royal Horseguards Hotel in Whitehall. This special event is a celebration of this year’s crews and a chance to reconnect with fellow alumni/ae.
